Upon encountering the concept of “Partnership Reframed,” I was immediately captivated by the prospect of implementing this innovative approach. This motivation prompted me to delve into how this redefined perspective on partnerships could actively contribute to:

  1. Advancements in Community-driven Development,
  2. Promotion of Social Justice,
  3. Application of Feminist Practices,
  4. Facilitation of Social Change Progress.

All of these aspects find their expression through the dynamic lens of adult education.

Personally, my aim in adopting this renewed perspective of Partnership Reframed is to empower individuals and organizations committed to sustainable and equitable development. I plan to achieve this by furnishing leadership development opportunities tailored for emerging as well as established leaders.
